SodaPeak Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders leave the warehouse within two working days. A receipt arrives immediately and a tracking link as soon as the courier collects.
Delivery inside the US
Usually under a week. Postage is on us from three bottles up; two-bottle orders carry a modest charge shown at checkout.
Delivery abroad
Allow two to three weeks. Your country may add import charges, which we cannot prepay.
Summer heat
Gummies go soft above about 77°F. Bring the box indoors quickly, and send us a photo if they have fused; we will replace them.
Stuck parcels
If tracking sits still for a week, write to support@sodiapeak.com and we will chase it or send another.
Wrong address
Tell us within twelve hours of ordering and we can usually fix it before dispatch.
