SodaPeak Privacy Policy
The data involved
Browsing leaves the usual technical trail: IP address, device type, pages opened. Buying adds the details needed to ship a parcel and take payment. Your card number goes straight to the payment company; we never see or keep it.
What it is used for
Shipping your gummies, emailing receipts and tracking links, replying when you write in, spotting fraudulent orders and learning which pages are useful. Selling customer lists is not part of our business.
Cookies and ad pixels
Small files keep the site running and tell us, in aggregate, how visitors arrive. Your browser settings can block them.
Who else touches it
The checkout processor, the warehouse, the courier and our email service each receive only what their job requires. A court order could also compel disclosure.
Your controls
Email support@sodiapeak.com to see, fix or erase your record. Californian, EU and UK residents can rely on CCPA and GDPR and we will respond accordingly.
Age limit
SodaPeak is for men 18 and over and this site is not aimed at minors.
