Read these cautions first
Nitrates and ED medicines: L-arginine raises nitric oxide and horny goat weed's icariin acts weakly on the same enzyme as ED tablets. With nitroglycerin, isosorbide or sildenafil-type drugs, blood pressure can fall too far. Doctor's approval needed.
Panax ginseng: may lower blood sugar alongside diabetes medicine, can alter warfarin's effect and may disturb sleep if taken late. Take it in the morning and tell your prescriber.
Tribulus and prostate health: men with prostate enlargement or prostate cancer, past or present, should not take tribulus-containing products without their urologist's agreement.
Maca root
A turnip-like root grown above 13,000 feet in Peru and eaten there as a staple. It carries unique compounds called macamides. Small randomized trials report improved self-rated energy, mood and libido after six to twelve weeks at 1.5 to 3 grams a day, far more than a gummy holds, so we present it as a traditional energy food in concentrated form. Read the source.
Panax ginseng
Also sold as Asian or Korean ginseng; its active ginsenosides are the most researched compounds in this formula. Reviews of trials suggest reduced fatigue and, in men, modest improvements in erectile function scores. It can disturb sleep if taken late, may lower blood sugar, and can change how warfarin works. Read the source.
L-Arginine
An amino acid the artery lining converts into nitric oxide, the gas that widens vessels during effort. Published exercise trials use three to six grams and still disagree with each other, so treat the amount in a gummy as a contribution, not a training dose. Read the source.
Tribulus terrestris
A spiny fruit used in Ayurvedic and Chinese practice and later adopted by Eastern European strength athletes. Controlled trials in healthy men have not confirmed a testosterone increase. Some studies in men with low libido report better desire scores. We include it for its long record of traditional use and rate the evidence honestly as weak. Read the source.
Horny goat weed
Epimedium leaf. Its flavonoid icariin inhibits the PDE5 enzyme in laboratory tests, the same target as prescription ED tablets, but at a small fraction of their strength, and human trials are lacking. That lab finding is exactly why men on nitrates or ED medicine must check with a doctor before combining them. Read the source.
Zinc
Zinc keeps immune cells working and is required to make testosterone at a normal rate; the benefit shows up in men who were short of it, and high doses backfire by blocking copper absorption. Read the source.
What about the gummy base?
Gummies need a sweetener and a gelling agent. Check the other-ingredients line on your bottle if you track sugar intake or avoid gelatin. One gummy contributes only a few calories.
Why other sites cannot list the ingredients
Two of the largest pages selling under our name state in writing that they could not find or verify a full ingredient list, and one tells buyers to take two gummies while labelling a 30-gummy bottle as a 30-day supply in one row and a three-bottle pack as 90 days in the next. Both cannot be true. Our directions are one gummy daily, 30 days per bottle, and the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle is always the final authority. The NIH label guide shows how to read it.

Does SodaPeak contain caffeine?
No caffeine is listed in the formula.
Does it contain hidden drugs?
No. Be aware that the FDA regularly finds undeclared drugs in products sold as male enhancement on marketplaces, which is one reason to buy only from the official website.
Are the amounts per gummy published?
They are printed on the Supplement Facts panel of each bottle. Go by your label.
